Refund Policy
If a product is found to be faulty or the wrong item was delivered then the client can return it to Smart Home Communications within 7 days of delivery for a refund (upon supplier assessment) or we will happily exchange for another item. All Smart Home Communications products come with a limited manufacturers warranty (confirm specific time period for the individual product). All product fault claims are subject to manufacturers assessment and approval.
GST & Taxes
• The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
• Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
